Let's start right from the beginning. There's nothing more frustrating then working with a company that you can never get ahold of. We always answer our phone. If we can't answer we are probably on the road, or busy with another customer, and will always call you right back. This goes for email as well. 

I think we can all agree that nobody likes a pushy salesmen. But nobody likes being blown off either. You don't know how many times we've heard "I called a few companies but nobody actually got back to me with a quote." We've created systems to make giving quotes easy for both you and us. 99% of quotes are done same day, through satellite images. Everything is based off of square footage & linear footage to insure our customers we aren't just throwing random numbers out there. 

We send all of our quotes through text or email normally the very same day you call. Once the quote is received all you have to do is hit that "Accept" button. From here we are notified that the quote has been accepted and we will contact you with our next availability. Once we have a date that works for the both of us you are added to our schedule. We then reach out the day before you are scheduled as a friendly reminder and give you a time frame of when we will be arriving. We pride ourselves on always being on time.

Sure there's always someone out there that will do things cheaper but that is not what we are about. We like to think of our company as the reliability of a Toyota, performance of a Porsche, at the price point of a Acura. 

While we may not be the cheapest, we are certainly not the most expensive either. You found someone a little cheaper but are they taking the proper precautions before cleaning?
